Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-06
These terms apply when you use the Invsy app ("Invsy", "the app"), provided by Darmateq (organisation number 820523-4118), Mary Hemmings gata 32, Bunkeflostrand, Sweden ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.
1. What Invsy is
Invsy helps you keep track of your invoices and subscriptions: you add them yourself, by scanning a paper invoice or by importing a PDF, and the app shows what is due, sends reminders and gives you an overview of your spending.
Invsy is a tool for keeping track. It does not pay invoices, and it is not a bank, payment service or accounting service. You are always responsible for paying your bills on time.
2. Your account
- You need an account with a valid email address to use the app. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete account). This permanently deletes your account and everything in it.
3. Your content
- The invoices, subscriptions, notes, PDFs and photos you add are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only so we can provide the app to you.
- Only add content you have the right to use, and don't use the app for anything illegal.
4. Reading scans and PDFs, totals and reminders
- When you scan an invoice or import a PDF, the app tries to read the details for you. This can be wrong, so always check the details before saving.
- Totals and insights are based on what you have entered, and are a guide only. Amounts in different currencies are not converted.
- Reminders depend on your phone: notifications must be allowed, and the phone must be able to deliver them. We cannot guarantee that every reminder arrives, and we are not responsible for late payments, fees or interest if a reminder is missed.
5. Free and Premium
- Invsy is free to use with some limits (for example how many unpaid invoices and subscriptions you can keep at a time). The current limits are shown in the app.
- Premium removes the limits and adds features described in the app. It is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly at the price shown in the app before you buy.
- Premium is bought and paid for through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Their terms of sale apply to the payment.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Your rights as a consumer under EU and Swedish law, including the right of withdrawal where it applies, are not affected; when you start using Premium straight away, the right of withdrawal for digital services may end as described by the store at purchase.
- We may change Premium's price or contents. A price change applies from your next renewal, and the store will tell you in advance as its rules require.
6. Availability and changes
- We work to keep Invsy available and your data safe, but we cannot promise the app will always be available or free of errors.
- We may develop, change or stop features. If we stop providing the app altogether, we will tell you in good time so you can save what you need.
7. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using Invsy and delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms seriously or repeatedly, or that is used to harm the service or others. Where reasonable, we tell you first.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, late-payment fees or interest, or for loss of data you could reasonably have saved yourself. This does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under Swedish consumer law, or liability for our intent or gross negligence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For important changes we tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using Invsy after a change applies, you accept the new terms; if you don't accept them, you can delete your account.
10. Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. If we can't solve a disagreement together, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se, or a Swedish court. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
